Adilabad: Civic Chairman Jogu Premender inaugurates digital classroom
Adilabad: Municipal Chairman Jogu Premender along with District Education Office Ravinder Reddy inaugurated the additional digital class room at Government Upper Primary School, Marathi Medium near old bus stand in Adilabad on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, Jogu Premender appreciated the four school teachers - Madhukar, Deepshika, Keshav and Dattatreya, who donated their first salaries for the construction of additional class room and to purchase projector for the digital classroom for the welfare of the students. These four teachers were recently appointed and donated their first salary for the purpose.
Premender asked the other teachers and staff to take inspiration from these four teachers and to come forward voluntarily for the school development. He also appreciated School sub-ordinate Subhadra Bai for the good maintenance of the kitchen garden in the school to produce organic vegetables for the students.
Municipal Chairman J Premender donated a cheque for Rs 10,000 for the school development.
District Education Officer Ravinder Reddy, Sectorial Officer Uday Sri and
Narsaiah appreciated the teachers for their voluntary donation. The teachers were lauded for drawing wall paintings to attract the students and quotations on the wall
of the school.
School Headmaster Devidas said that the school is the second one, which is providing digital classroom in the district.

Rao, retired teacher Ananth Rao, Akula Kavitha, Vaishali and others were present on the occasion.
