E-Office system must be set up by February 15: Collector Musharraf

Nirmal: E-Office system must be prepared for filing purpose by February 15 in every office, District Collector Musharraf Ali Farooqi ordered the district officials at a meeting at the Collector's conference hall in Nirmal on Tuesday.

Stating that e-Office should be implemented in every office, the Collector told the officials and staff to follow time strictly and every one must be available at 10:30 am to solve people's problems. Every officer must take training on how to operate e-Office system and the grievances received during Prajavani programme must be solved within week. It the complaint is not resolved within a week, district level officer has to take statement in writing and must solve the problem, the Collector said.

Later at a meeting with Tahsildars and Mandal Development Officers, Collector Musharraf Ali said that plastic should be banned 100 per cent in every village. Employment Guarantee Scheme, Haritha Haram, pension, welfare schemes must be implemented strictly and a review meeting will be conducted on work progress every week, he added. CCTV surveillance cameras must be arranged in every office.

Joint Collector A Bhaskar Rao, Zilla Parishad CEO Sudheer, District Rural Development Officer Venkateshwarlu, RDOs Raju, Prasunamba, officials of various departments, tahsildars, MPDOs and others were present.
