Fake SSC certificate racket busted, 3 held in Hyderabad
Hyderabad: The sleuths of Task Force, West Zone, nabbed three accused named Mohammed Ibrahim Ali Khan (45), Suresh Kumar (42) and Mohammed Arif (50), who were preparing fake SSC certificates by forging the signature of the Additional Joint Secretary and issuing the same to the innocent students by collecting the money from them.
According to police, Suresh Kumar and Arif used to target the innocent people at passport offices and educational institutions, who have small mistakes on the original memo and inform them that they are having contacts in the Board of Secondary Education and make students believe that the corrections on the certificates will be made with the help of staff in a short period of time.
The main accused Ibrahim Ali Khan used to prepare fake SSC certificates and the same was being issued to the needy students by taking money from them. On credible information on Monday, while accused delivering the certificates, the Task Force team nabbed them along with fake certificates and stamps. The accused along with seized property was handed over to Abids police station for further action.
