Fast-track pending railway works, CS Joshi tells officials

Hyderabad: Chief Secretary S K Joshi on Thursday instructed officials concerned to speed up the works on pending railway projects in the State.

Chief Secretary held a meeting with the railways and other officials at Secretariat and discussed on the progress of railway projects in the State.

Joshi also sought to know about works on Road over Bridges (RoBs) and Road under Bridges (RuBs) and asked them to talk to District Collectors to see that the land issues were resolved.

Coordinate with other departments and speed up the works to complete them as per plan, he exhorted them.

The Chief Secretary also instructed the officials to work out a strategy to complete the works and ensure better services to people.

The officials informed about the works at Narayanpet, Peddapalli, Mancherial and others.
