Four Engineering students died when their car turned turtle at Bommalaramaram in Yadadri Bhongir
Four Engineering students died in a road accident in the early morning hours of Wednesday at Bommalaramaram in Yadadri Bhongir district when the car they were travelling lost control and turned turtle beside road with high speed. Three students died on the spot and two were seriously injured. The students were doing B Tech final year in Sri Hindu College in Ibrahimpatnam.
According to police, the incident occurred when the car they were travelling lost control while taking a turn at Naginenipalli with high speed and turned turtle. Three students Spoorthy (22) belongs to Kotha pet, Praneetha (22) belongs to Chaderghat and Chaithanya (23) belongs to Champapet died on the spot with serious injuries. Another two students Manish Reddy belongs to Kuntlur and Vineeth Reddy belongs to Champapet were seriously injured. Vineeth Reddy died while shifting him to a hospital in Hyderabad.
Police said since their exams completed on Tuesday, they booked a private farm house in Bommalaramaram and did celebrations. Later they went to a long drive and met with an accident. Police shifted the dead bodies to Bhongir Area Hospital for postmortem and are investigating.
