Hyderabad: All India State Government Employees Federation staff observe All Demands Day
Hyderabad: In response to the call given by All India State Government Employees Federation (AISGEF), the central committee of TNGO observed 'All India Demands Day' at Hyderabad district education office here on Thursday.
Addressing the protesters, TNGO president Karam Ravinder Reddy demanded governments to revive the old pension system, replacing contributory pension scheme (CPS) across the nation. He demanded that the union government make necessary amendments to PFRD Act to allow state governments to abolish the CPS system in their states. He demanded that the state government also regularise casual employees and provide them facilities such as EHS which are extended to regular employees.
State secretary of TNGO Mamilla Rajender, who is also member of AISGEF national committee, demanded the pay revision once in every five years. He urged the state government to implement pay revision by March-end. He also demanded that the state government take necessary measures to bring back Telangana employees who are working in AP.
TNGO Hyderabad district president Mujeeb, Hyderabad city president Pratap, Rajkumar and others participated in the programme.
