Hyderabad: Former MLA and AICC Secretary, Challa Vamshi Chand Reddy had participated in a video conference, with the delegates of Indian Overseas Congress, organised by the Telangana chapter of the IOC.

Vamshi Chand Reddy strongly condemned and objected to the decision taken by the Andhra Pradesh govt vide GO No 203 sanctioning about Rs 7,000 cr for lifting 3TMC of water per day through Rayalaseema Pumping System and enhancing the capacity of Pothireddypadu head regulator to 80,000 cusecs.

He quoted KCR's statement made earlier during his visit to AP, that he promised to help in the betterment and transformation of Rayalaseema into Ratanalaseema. He called for a collective fight against the injustice being done and expose the conspiracy between the two Chief Ministers, particularly KCR's secret love for Andhra Pradesh. He further asserted that this unlawful and harmful decision can inflict a great loss to the agricultural sector of south Telangana.
