Hyderabad: Karkhana cops facilitate skills training for jobless
Karkhana: The Station House Officer (SHO) of Karkhana P Madhukar Swamy in coordination with Yashoda Foundation conducted a community meeting at Kakaguda and Ambedkar Nagar to campaign regarding free training programmes offered by Yashoda Foundation, Secunderabad, for marginalised communities.
Speaking to THI, Madhukar Swamy said, "We have identified 13 to 15 such communities in our PS limits where these training camps will be held for three months. This will help the individuals from these areas to learn new skills which will be beneficial for them in their future run."
The foundation is offering computer courses, English speaking courses and soft skill courses for the people living in these communities. "These courses can cost you a lot in private institutes but here the foundation is offering free courses, which will open job opportunities for them and will help them to start a better life," said Swamy.
