Khammam: BJP core committee member Dr Ponguleti Sudhaker Reddy on Saturday flayed the TRS government for its failure to control the coronavirus spread in the State also doing nothing to solve the problems faced by farmer.

He visited the Khammam district and participated in distribution of groceries to the needy people also interacted with farmers in the Sathupally village in the district.

Addressing the media persons, the BJP leader said that the TRS government failed is not conducting enough number of Covid tests like being done other states. He condemned the irrelevant outbursts on opposition parties by CM KCR. He demanded the government to utilize funds of national food security, disaster management and mining funds during the crisis moment. He demanded the government to give rice to non-ration card holders in the state during the lock down period.

The TRS government failed to provide gunny bags to farmers who suffered on various issues at the procurement centres. The government did nothing to solve their issues. He demanded the government to solve the farmers, and migrant labourers issues in the State. He asked the government to procure paddy in the all centres speedily.

The farmers in the various places suffered losses due to untimely rains. He asked for official estimate of losses and give help to farmers immediately. Sudhaker Reddy appeal to the government to help needy journalists who are working round the clock for society.

Sudhakar Reddy participated in distribution of Modi kits nearly 1000 families in the Khamamm town and Sathupalli. He also distributed rice and groceries to the journalists in Sathupalli.

District party president Uday Pratap, party leaders Udataneni Apppa Rao, Kusumpudi Ravinder, Samuel and others attended the programme.
