Kothagudem DMHO Sr Assistant in ACB net

Kothagudem: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials caught Kothagudem District Medical and Health Office Senior Assistant Ramdas Kumar red-handed while accepting bribe at his office here on Tuesday.

According to ACB officials, the accused official demanded bribe from Regalla Primary Health Centre (PHC) health officer for sanctioning Kanti Velugu scheme funds.

The accused demanded twenty per cent of the total amount, but the health officer negotiated and agreed to pay Rs 20,000. The ACB officials caught the official while accepting Rs 20,000 bribe amount at his and took him into custody.
