Mavurala Yellamma Kalyanotsavam held in Peddemul

Peddemul: The Kalyanotsavam of Sri Sri Sri Mavurala Yellamma was concluded on a grand note, here at outskirts of Kandanelli thanda on Sunday.

The festivities of the celestial wedding was organised at Bapu Ghat for two days by founder president of Jagu Banjara Rathod Surender Naik and his wife Shanti Bai. Special prayers were offered after installing the statue of Mother Goddess. Devotees from neighbouring thandas and Karnataka visited the temple. Foundation for the temple was laid in 2011 by Ramram Maharaj, the descendent of Sadguru Sevalal Maharaj. Organisers said the construction will be completed soon.
