Minister inspects COVID-19 safety norms, takes a bus ride in Nirmal

Telangana: Minister for law and environment, forest and endowments Allola Indrakaran Reddy took a bus ride along with the MLA Rekha Naik from Nirmal bus stand to Mancherial crossroads.

The minister asked the public to follow the guidelines issued by the government till May 31 and join their hands in making Telangana as coronavirus free state. He made a surprise visit to several shops in Nirmal from Tea centre, Narayana Reddy market to Ganga complex bus stand.

The market vendors and the people were asked to wear masks and follow social distancing. Stringent action will be taken on those who violate the rules, the minister said.

Reddy asked the depot manager to provide food for the passengers arriving from longer places by opening the canteens and bakeries. He said that the bus stand, buses are being sanitized and the staff is providing sanitizer to the passengers as a precautionary measure.
