Nimajjanam held peacefully

Zaheerabad: The Ganesh immersion programme was conducted peacefully in the town. The programme commenced on the night of Thursday and concluded in the early hours of Friday.

SP Chandrasekhar Reddy supervised the event. Members of Sarvajanik Genesh Utsav Committee welcomed all the idols installed across the town and offered special prayers. MP BB Patil, MLA Manik Rao, MLC Fareeduddin, TRS leader Malkapuram Shivakumar, former municipal chairman M Subhash, former councilor N Ravikiran were present.
