Officials told to speed up toilet constructions

Vikarabad: District Collector Ayesha Masrat Khanam directed the officials to make the district Open Defecation Free within 60 days by speeding up the construction of individual toilets. She conducted a video conference from the district headquarters with MPDOs on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, she directed MPDOs to start the construction works where works yet to be grounded and sanction funds where works are in progress.

Convene meetings everyday with field assistants and panchayat secretaries to review the progress, she directed. DRDO Johnson and MPDOs participated in the meeting.
