Pranay murder: 3 including Maruti Rao held in fresh case filed by Amrutha

Three people including Maruti Rao, MA Karim and another were arrested by the Miryalaguda police and sent to jail after Amruthavarshini lodged a fresh complaint against her father and two others.

Amrutha approached the police on November 11 stating that her father and MA Karim threatened her to testify in favour of them in the court for which she will be given assets. A close associate to Maruti Rao, Venkateshwara Rao was also sent to Amrutha's home to discuss the matter.

Based on the complaint lodged by Amrutha, the Miryalaguda one town police arrested Maruti Rao, MA Karim and Venkateshwara Rao. They were produced before a court in Miryalaguda and were sent to sub-jail.

It may be recalled that Maruti Rao hired contract killers who killed his son-in-law Perumalla Pranay in front of Amruthavarshini.
