Save rainwater, people urged

Sangareddy: Division Municipal Commissioner Hemavathi conducted an awareness programme as part of Jala Shakthi Abhiyan in Sangareddy on Thursday. On the occasion, Hemavathi said, "Everyone should take part in saving rain water by having water storage pits in the houses."

She explained about the importance of water and the future plans for campaigning in colleges and schools on rainwater storage. DE Sudarshan Reddy, Lakshmi Narayana, Basanth Reddy and others were present.
