Sophie Helen visit Gandhi hospital

Secunderabad: Sophie Helen, Queen Elizabeth ii daughter inlaw visited Gandhi hospital on Monday morning. She personally visited the children section ward and she inspected around 323 per mature babies who are suffering retinopathy of prematurity.

Speaking to Hans India Dr Shravan Kumar, Superintended said as under ROP scheme this treatment is done. This scheme is funded by the Queen Elizabeth diamond jubilee trust. So Helen wanted to check how the treatment is going on. She personally inspected the 232 premature kids and also personally spoke with the mothers and doctors.

He further said from the past 4 years this trust is helping us with the various improved machiners. She was very impressed by the  treatment we are giving to the kids.
