Student unions and parents demanded free revaluation of papers, staged protest infront of Intermediate Board

City police arrested the ABVP leaders on Monday who protested infront of Intermediate Board on the negligence of Board in releasing the results and the defects occurred in the marks memos.

They demanded resignation of Education Minister G Jagadish Reddy and stringent action against the Board Secretary immediately and also demanded free revaluation of papers to rebuilt the confidence among students and their parents. Many of the merit students got less marks and many failed in a subject and many got marks in single digits.

Parents also agitated infront of the board office along with student organisations and demanded free revaluation of papers to bring the facts into light.
