Time to drive away Congress from Nalgonda: Jagadish

Narketpally (Nalgonda): Minister for Education G Jagadish Reddy called upon party workers to strive to hoist pink flag on all three Zilla Parishad offices of erstwhile Nalgonda district.

On Thursday, along with party ZPTC candidate from Narketpally Banda Narender Reddy, he participated in ZPTC, MPTC elections preparatory meeting of Nalgonda district in Narketpally.

Addressing the gathering, he said Congress was an outdated party, and called upon the party workers and people of the district to drive away the Congress party from the district in ZPTC and MPTC elections.

Nakrekal MLA Chirumarthi Lingaiah, Nalgonda MLA Bhupal Reddy, party MP candidate from Bhongir Boora Narsaiah Goud in their speeches explained the party workers the need to win the upcoming Parishad polls.

Party district president and ZPTC candidate from Narketpally urged the people of mandal to bless him in the upcoming elections and help him develop the mandal in all aspects.

Before the meeting, a huge rally was conducted in Narketpally mandal headquarters before the start of the meeting.

Meanwhile, leaders' of Students Federation of India has blocked Minister Jagadish Reddy's convey in Narketpally and raised slogans against the State government over irregularities in Inter exam results and demanded the resignation of Minister Jagadish Reddy. Local police arrested the protestors and shifted them to Narketpally police station.
