Traffic curbs at Venkatagiri Junction till Oct 16
Hyderabad : Anjani Kumar, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad on Wednesday issued traffic restrictions and diversions in order to facilitate proper regulation of traffic and ensure public safety in connection with the laying of CC road with M-40 grade from Road No.5/2 Junction to the Main gate of Venkateshwara Temple which is about 120 meters long, the traffic coming from Venkatagiri Junction is diverted at Road No.5 road under the road No.5 Venkatagiri Metro Station from Thursday to October 16.
Traffic coming from Venkatagiri Junction towards Krishna Nagar via Road No.2 will not be allowed and it will be diverted at Road No.5/2 Junction leads towards Krishna Nagar Junction under the Road No.5 Venkatagiri Metro Station on a left carriageway.
Traffic coming from Venkatagiri Nagar will be allowed into the Road No.2 and joins in the Main Krishna Nagar Junction. Traffic coming from Yousufguda, Krishna Nagar and Indra Nagar will be moving as usual under the Road no.5, Venkatagiri Junction on the other side of the carriageway leading towards Venkatagiri Junction.
The Commissioner also requested the public to take alternate routes and avoid the above routes and co-operate with the Traffic Police during the period of traffic diversion.
