Hanamkonda: The number of electorates is 7.12 lakh in Warangal Lok Sabha constituency and it likely to go up further before March 15, the last day of voter enrolment, Warangal Urban District Collector Prashanth Jeevan Patil said. Briefing the media persons here on Monday, he said there are 671 polling stations spread across Warangal East, West and Wardhannapet Assembly segments of the Warangal Lok Sabha constituency.

Allaying the fears of people and people's representatives, he said that there should not be an iota of doubt over the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) as they are fool proof and tamper-proof. The cVigil is a very powerful application with which citizen can lodge a complaint with the authorities about any irregularities or poll code violation, he said.

The app is monitored by the authorities in Hyderabad and New Delhi, hence, it's the right platform for the people to lodge their complaints, he added. The administration is setting up an exclusive polling booth for physically challenged and for women in each Assembly constituency, he said, referring to the administration's preparedness for the Lok Sabha polls.
