Won't leave TRS party, says Jogu Ramanna

Former minister Jogu Ramanna, who went incommunicado on Monday after the cabinet reshuffle has denied the rumours on his quitting TRS party.

According to his close sources, Ramanna was ill and taking rest. He met his family members today. However, the former minister denied the rumours on his quitting the party and said that he will never leave TRS even if he was not offered berth in the cabinet. He also told the party workers not to believe such rumours.

It was believed that Ramanna had expected cabinet berth and was upset after being overlooked. Ramanna served as forest minister in the last TRS government.
