Hyderabad-based Asav wines will be starting the new year with a new addition to its portfolio – Asav Cabernet Shiraz. This new offering comes in an attractive packaging and is one of the affordable wines in its range.
The red wine is full of beautiful redolent black berry and warm spice aromas, has a smooth rounded body and an appealing long length. It pairs very well with soft spicy lamb, tenderised meat dishes, textured vegetable cutlets and galauti kebabs when served slightly chilled at between 16-18 degrees Celsius.
The founder of Asav wines Pedhapally Kishan's passion for his wines, led him to minutely follow on every detail of the wine making process – right from the viticulture, harvest, vinification, maturation and bottling to ensure only the top quality wine has been bottled under the brand name.
He also plans to share a part of the sale price of the new wine towards buying books for the underprivileged children in his home city. The other wines from the Asav's wine cabinet include the 'Brut Sparkling wine', 'Reserve Chenin Blanc', 'Reserve Sauvignon Blanc' and 'Reserve Shiraz'.
