The house as usual began on Thursday at 9.a.m and adjourned for an hour amidst chaos. Later, the assembly resumed once again to mourn on the eve of Martyr’s day. Immediately after mourning for a minute, the house was adjourned for 10 minutes.
When the house was resumed, the Telangana Bill was rejected by the house using the privilege vote vested with the speaker and adjourned till an indefinite time.
