Woman murdered over land dispute
A woman was murdered by her family members over land dispute in Vinjamur mandal headquarters on Tuesday. According to Kavali DSP
Nellore: A woman was murdered by her family members over land dispute in Vinjamur mandal headquarters on Tuesday. According to Kavali DSP Raghava Rao, Koduru Nagaratnamma (42) was a resident of Teachers Colony and had dispute with her brothers regarding a joint property.
Koduru Nagi Reddy and Koduru Ramana Reddy are brothers of Nagaratnamma, who belong to same family and residing in Vinjamur. Brothers tried to occupy the joint property belong to the family members. But, sisters Nagaratnamma and Subbamma resisted their efforts.
On Tuesday, after a heated argument, Nagi Reddy and Ramana Reddy attacked their sisters in which Nagaratnamma died on the spot and Subbamma received grave injuries. The police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured Subbamma to the hospital.
