Seven member Magic coin gang arrested
Vizianagaram police arrested a seven-men gang which has been cheating the public with coins in G.L.Puram Mandal of Vizianagaram on Monday. Sub Inspector of Elvinpeta police station K.Kiran Kumar informed that they got some complaints from some victims of that area regarding the issue.
G.L.Puram (Vizianagaram): Vizianagaram police arrested a seven-men gang which has been cheating the public with coins in G.L.Puram Mandal of Vizianagaram on Monday. Sub Inspector of Elvinpeta police station K.Kiran Kumar informed that they got some complaints from some victims of that area regarding the issue.
A gang has been roaming in this area for the past few months and misguiding people that they have some copper coins which have extraordinary power which will bring wealth and blessings of god too. They have been mesmerising the public by using some chemicals and magic tricks to believe them that the coin has some power.
After getting concrete information the police have raided the gang and arrested seven members belonging to Rella village of G.L.Puram. Police have seized Rs.3, 25,000 and a car and a copper coin made in the year 1818. Later they were booked and submitted in Parvathipuram court.
