Mahakavi Sri Sri remembered

Kakinada: Rich tributes were paid to Mahakavi Sri Sri (Srirangam Srinivasa Rao) on his 35th death anniversary at the programme organised at Sundarayya Bhavan here on Friday.

The photograph of the legendary writer was garlanded by the CPM activists. While paying tributes, the literary works of Sri Sri were hailed.

The speakers said that his writings had brought radical changes in the world of literature.

The organizers also recalled the services of Sri Sri to the Left parties’ movement through his literary works in the year 1955.

Activists M Subgasini, Rrmani, Bhavani, Veerababu, Ajay Kumar & others participated.
