Prakashreddypet to be spruced up for TRS public meeting in Hanamkonda

Hanamkonda: The Deputy Chief Minister K Srihari and senior TRS leaders in the district have inspected Prakashreddypet area in Hanamkonda, the location where the party’s public meeting would take place on April 27.
The site inspection has taken place on Wednesday as part of making arrangements for the massive public meeting planned to be held in the city marking the TRS’ foundation day on which, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao would address the public.
The Deputy CM was accompanied by the party MP P Dayakar, MLAs D Vinay Bhasker, K Surekha, A Ramesh, MLC K Muralidhar Rao, KUDA Chairman M Yadava Reddy, Civil Supplies Corporation Chairman P Sudarshan Reddy, TRS district president T Ravinder Rao and others.
Speaking to presspersons on the occasion, the Deputy CM said all the local leaders have been putting up collective efforts in making arrangements and to make the meeting a grand success. The CM has special love and concern for Warangal and hence he chose the city to hold the meeting.
On Tuesday in Hyderabad, the CM held a meeting in which elected representatives and senior leaders from the district and discussed about the arrangements to be made for the meeting. The CM stressed on the need to ensure the convenience of the villagers coming for the meeting from across the State.
12 committees have been formed to make arrangements for the meeting, the Deputy CM said. Soon the CM would announce a date to conduct ‘Shrama Danam’ across the State for raising funds towards the transportation costs of those intending to attend the meeting. The CM and all party workers and leaders would take part in the programme.
Later on the day, Srihari held a meeting with Warangal Urban District Collector Amrapali Kata, officials of KUDA, R&B, electricity department, National Highways and others in the wake of the CM’s visit to the city to attend the public meeting.
The Deputy CM directed the officials to take measures for the beautification of the city, complete ongoing traffic junction developmental works and road works. All the main roads in the city have to be repaired in a speedy manner, he said.
