Bhongir: Home Minister Naini Narsimha Reddy said that Yadadri temple, the abode of Lord Sri Lakshminarasihma Swamy, would be developed as the best temple in the country. It would be developed on par with Tirumala temple as per peoples’ aspirations.

Along with Endowments Minister A Indrakaran Reddy, Naini made a visit to the temple and participated in special pujas. Later reviewing the development works with officials, the Home Minister said Darshan at main temple would begin in January.

The Minister asked the officials to expedite the works. The government has given adequate funds for developing the temple, which would reflect our culture and tradition, he said, adding that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was according top priority for the development of temples in the state by allocating required funds.

Indrakaran Reddy instructed the Endowments officials to coordinate with other departments for speedy completion of works. KCR, he said, was determined to protect the culture and tradition of the state by giving huge funds for the development of temples across the state.

Many temples in almost all districts have been developed by the TRS government, he claimed, informing that temple trusts were being formed for the development and to conduct regular pujas and rituals on the premises.

On the occasion of Ministers visit to Yadadri, authorities concerned and priests welcomed them with Purna Kumbam and blessed them after the Darshan of the presiding deity. Temple Executive Officer Gettha Reddy, Kishan Rao of Yadadri Temple Development Authority, Stapathi Ranga Rajan, architect Anandasai, contractors and other officials accompanied the Ministers during their tour to Yadadri.
