Addressing the media after meeting MLC Shabbir Ali, Danam confirmed the reports that he had received an invitation from TRS to join the party but condemned the reports that he was shifting loyalties.
Alleging that few Telangana Congress leaders are working against him, Danam stated that his loyalties stay with the Congress party. It is learnt that Danam met Shabbir Ali on Monday seeking more importance for him in the candidate selection for the ensuing GHMC polls.
