Awareness programme against superstitions conducted

Rachakonda: An awareness programme against superstitions, sponsored by Rachakonda Police, was held by Rachakonda Kalabrindam artists at Gowerelli in Yacharam mandal, Rangareddy district on Sunday. As part of the program, artists presented small skits and songs highlighting various superstitious beliefs.

Later Kalabrindam incharge Anjapalli Nagamallu walked on fire to demonstrate that anyone can walk on fire. He also helped some people walk on fire. Speaking on the occasion, Nagamallu said that their troupe is conducting these programs for increasing awareness among people against superstitious beliefs. This program was held on the instructions of Rachakonda Police Comnissioner Mahesh Bhagawath.
