Secunderabad: Major General N Srinivas Rao, General Officer Commanding, Telangana and Andhra Sub Area, inaugurated the renovated Ex-servicemen Contribution Health Scheme (ECHS) Polyclinic at Secunderabad on Friday.

After inaugurating the renovated ECHS Polyclinic, the Major General Srinivas said that the Telangana and Andhra Sub Area have been dedicatedly working on making ECHS more effective with changing time and technology. He also mentioned that the focus has always been to empower veterans and ensure their comfort by providing efficient patient care. He urged all the stakeholders to contribute towards the common goal of clientele satisfaction and work towards the motto of 'Serving those who served the nation".

This polyclinic was established in 2004 and since inception has been in ad-hoc building. The complete project work included false ceiling, flooring, electrification and periodical maintenance.The team of 10 doctors comprising of 7 medical officers, 2 dental officers and a Gynecologist along with Officer-in-Charge Polyclinic and the able paramedical staff are rendering yeomen service to the entire veteran community and their dependents with utmost dedication, he said.

Quality treatment and speedy dispensing of medicines has been the hallmark of ECHS Polyclinic, Secunderabad ensuring minimum stay of beneficiaries at the Polyclinic premises at all times utilizing the advantages of latest technology, officer said.
