AP government releases the third installment under Pasupu Kumkum scheme, heavy rush at banks

Amaravati: The AP government has released Rs 3,900 crore funds under Pasupu Kumkum scheme to DWCRA women in the state. For Rs 10,000 scheme amount the government has released the third installment of Rs 4,000.

Before the elections, the government has declared the financial grant of Rs 10,000 for DWCRA women. In the first installment Rs 2,500 and Rs 3,500 in the second installment the government has already cleared the payments.

Regarding the third installment, the government has deposited Rs 4,000 into the bank accounts. As soon as the funds were released DWCRA women rushed to the banks in order to withdraw the money.

A huge line of women standing in front of every bank was seen in AP on Monday. Without considering the sizzling summer heat, all women rushed to the banks. After checking the accounts, the bank officials are giving cash to the women.
