Covid Care Centre set up in Amalapuram

Kakinada: District Collector D Muralidhar Reddy said that Andhra Pradesh Township and Infrastructure Development Corporation (APTIDCO) buildings are temporarily earmarked for Covid Care Centre (CCC) in Amalapuram.

The Collector inspected the arrangements at Covid Care Center along with officials at Bodasakurru village on Wednesday. He said that in these centers the best available medical help will be extended to the Covid-19 positive patients.

The government is taking all precautionary measures to curb Covid-19 in the district. He said that those who are diagnosed as Covid-19 positive patients will be shifted to these Covid Care Centers. The government has set up the lab with devices, X- Ray and Cell Counters and other equipment in these centers. There are 15 Covid Care Centres in the district.
