Draw inspiration from Alluri, says SP

Guntur : Guntur (Urban) Superintendent of Police Ch.Vijaya Rao paid tributes to freedom fighter Alluri Seetharama Raju on the occasion of the latter's 96th death anniversary which was observed at the DPO in Guntur city on Tuesday.

He paid floral tributes to the portrait of the great freedom fighter. Speaking on this occasion, Vijaya Rao said Alluri Seethrarama Raju fought against the British government with weapons with the limited soldiers and sacrificed his life for the country.

He said, 'We have to draw inspiration from him for his to achieve targets'.. He said that the people would never forget a valiant fighter like Alluri, because he motivated and mobilized the people to fight against the British government to free country from the British Rule. Later, they observed two minutes silence as mark of respect to the great leader.
