Eluru: Collector R Muthyala Raju pulls up officials over Navasakam survey
Eluru: West Godavari District Collector R Muthyala Raju has expressed his unhappiness over the slow pace of progress with regard to the 'Navasakam' survey in all the municipalities in the district.
He convened a videoconference with district, mandal and municipal officials from Kovvur RDO office on Wednesday. He was angry with the officials over the sluggish pace of survey to identify beneficiaries of various schemes and uploading of details.
He reviewed Navasakam, Kapunestam, financial assistance to Nayee Brahmins, Rajakas, tailors, Imams, pastors and archakas, land acquisition for housing, Rythu Bharosa, Ammavodi and other schemes and gave instructions to officials on various aspects.
The District Collector directed the mandal and municipal officials to speed up the data uploading work in order to issue identity cards for the beneficiaries covered under the Vidya Deevena, ArogyaSri, pensions and rice schemes.
