Amaravati: Except one or two MLAs, almost all the TDP members are in touch with us and ready to join in YSRCP, revealed senior party leader and Government Advisor Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy.

If Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy really wants to encourage defections, then there will be no MLA in TDP except party president N Chandrababu Naidu and one or two others, he said.

TDP leaders including former Minister Gade Venkata Reddy, Madhusudhan Reddy and others joined the YSRCP in the presence of Jagan at his camp office at Tadepalli.

Leaders from Prakasam district like Sidda Suryaprakasa Rao and Sidda Hanumantha Rao, both relatives of TDP leader and former Minister Sidda Raghava Rao also joined the YSRCP and Jagan welcomed them. Recently, Chirala TDP MLA Karanam Balaram along with his son Venkatesh and others joined the YSRCP.

The migration of leaders from Opposition TDP to YSRCP will continue, informed the leaders in the ruling party. Reacting to the criticism by the TDP that the YSRCP secured unanimous victory in 23 per cent seats in local body elections by unethical means, Ramakrishna Reddy said that the Opposition was unable to find even candidates to contest in the elections and hence started accusing the ruling party.

He claimed that people's trust in Jagan's governance increased during the last nine months and various sections of the people were getting attracted to the welfare schemes being implemented by him.
