Godavari boat extracted at Kachchuluru: Boat is all set to reach the shore in a short while

After a series, of the rescue operation in extracting the boat, which sunk in the Godavari River on September 15 at Kachuluru in East Godavari District has been extracted finally. The Dharmadi Satyam team held the extraction operation for a couple of time and succeeded on the second trial.

The process was carried out by Dharmadi Satyam team of Balaji Marine Company in the supervision of Kakinada port captain Adinarayana.

The boat was stuck with Anchors inserted into the river, and the team has pulled the boat with proclainers. The boat is completely destroyed, and five dead bodies were recovered. However. It is reported that the team is bringing the ship to the shore.

Dharmadi Satyam said the boat was taken out with the help of ropes, which has been a challenging task. He paid condolences to the families of those who died in the accident.

As many as 73 tourists travelled in the boat of which 38 bodies were recovered earlier. while the five bodies are recovered with boat today.
