One held for posting abusive comments on YCP women MLAs
Amaravati: The AP police have focused on those who post abusive comments against political leaders through social media. In this context, the police have arrested one young man for allegedly posting obscene content against YCP women MLAs.
The accused P Ramesh, who belongs to Chandrasekharapuram in Prakasam district, has made the abusive comments on women MLAs. Earlier, a police case has been registered over this issue.
Over the police lookout, the accused Ramesh has gone absconding. The police who started the investigation have searched for him in Nellore, Coimbatore, Salem, Chennai, and Bangalore. Upon learning that Ramesh is coming to Guntur to meet with a lawyer over the case, the police have arrested him at Guntur railway station.
Recently, in a similar case, the police have arrested two persons for making abusive comments against CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in a Facebook post.
