Rollback RTC fare hike: Jagga Reddy

Hyderabad: Stating that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao created another problem for the people by increasing bus charges soon after the strike, Congress MLA T Jagga Reddy on Tuesday demanded that the chief minister should withdraw the bus fare hike immediately.

Addressing the media, he said the Congress would rollback bus fares and merge the TSRTC with the State government after returning to power in the State. The MLA asked the State government as to what it had achieved by spending Rs 2 lakh crore on Kaleshwaram lift irrigation project.
