Selected candidates asked to upload certificates: Collector
Kurnool: District Collector, G Veera Pandiyan said the candidates selected for village and ward sachivalayam have to appear for certificate verification after uploading them online. Those who are yet to upload can upload them at the separate grievance cell set up at DPRC and Panchyat Raj Superintending Engineer's office.
The Collector, accompanied by Joint Collector Patanshetty Ravi Subash, visited DPRC and Panchyat Raj offices and inspected the certificates verification process on Thursday. On the occasion, the Collector said that the applicants who did not upload their certificates or partially uploaded can approach the help desk for uploading.
After completion of uploading, the applicants can attend for certificates verification. He later inspected the functioning of different sections in this regard. The collector has also inspected the records with the check lists of the original certificates of the candidates, based on the merit list and also spoke to the applicants.
He gave directions to Chief Executive Officer of Setkur and District Sports Development Officer (DSDO) to pursue the candidature of the applicants selected under sports category, according to roaster points.
Prior to inspection of certificates verification centre at Zilla Parishad, Veera Pandiyan also inspected Indiramma Colony located on the outskirts of Joharapuram, Venkataramana Colony and Municipal Community hall near Kothapeta Rythu Bazar.
He ordered the officials concerned to procure necessary furniture, electronic equipment and other material to the offices. He ordered the commissioner of Kurnool Municipal Corporation, Ravindra Babu to identify a better place for organising a meeting that could accommodate 3,000 people.
Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer, District Panchyat Officer, Shankar Naik (Program Officer) were also present during Collector's inspection.
