TDP leaders take out a rally at Tuni in protest to hike in RTC bus fares in Andhra Pradesh

Telugu Desam Party staged a rally on Thursday in Tuni in protest against the hike in RTC bus fares. Hundreds of activists, led by constituency Telugu Desam Party in charge Yanamala Krishna, held a massive rally in the town. The protest rally started from Market Yard Center and reached the RTC complex over Suravaram Road, Anjaneya Swamy Temple, Girls School, Main Road, Golla Apparao Center, Railway Station and Flyover.

The dharna was held in front of the RTC depot demanding immediate reduction of the inflated RTC charges. Yanamala criticized the hike in the RTC charges, which would affect the general public.

With the rise in essential commodity prices and the increase in RTC fare is becoming more and more burdensome for the common man. They demanded an immediate reduction of the inflated charges.
