Visakhapatnam: Aishwarya Rastogi takes charge as DCP-I

Visakhapatnam: Aishwarya Rastogi took charge as Deputy Commissioner of Police – I here on Tuesday. His predecessor S Ranga Reddy has been transferred to DGP officer.

Aishwarya Rastogi earlier worked in various capacities, including Superintendent of Police, Nellore district.

After taking charge, Rastogi said more focus will be laid on curtailing anti-social activities.

"Utilising technology, surveillance will be intensified in the city and good policing will be provided to people. Those who need of help can approach the office directly," he added.
