VIT Varsity Chancellor felicitates Telangana Governor in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: VIT University Chancellor Dr G Viswanathan called on Dr Tamilsai Sounderarajan, Governor of Telangana at Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad on November 14 and presented a book 'Sooti Magizhovom Thoozha Tamil Peyargal', a compilation of Tamil names for new born babies.

He informed her that VIT University is recognised by Government of India as an Institution of Eminence and informed the progress of the VIT-AP University in Amaravati. He informed that VIT-AP University is progressing with student strength above 3,000 from 29 states and three Middle East countries and faculty strength of 126 from 17 states and two foreign countries.

He said VIT-AP University was offering BBA, BBA with Business Analytics from VIT AP School of Business, BBA LLB Hons from VIT AP School of Law and Animation, Film Making, VFX, 3D Animation courses from VIT AP-Toonz and offering 10 different courses in B Tech, five years integrated M Tech in computer science, M Tech in VLSI and Ph D in Engineering, Science, Management, Languages.
