YSRCP doesn't consider Pawan a politician: Perni Nani

Vijayawada: Transport minister Perni Nani came down heavily on Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan alleging that he had no consistency in his statements and the YSRCP doesn't consider him a politician.

Speaking to media at Amaravati on Tuesday, Nani said Pawan Kalyan gives call sheets to film industry people in Hyderabad and to TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu here.

He further said Pawan acts in front of the cameras in film industry and he acts in front of the TV channel cameras in Andhra Pradesh and two types of works are same. He said Pawan had no stability in his statements on his faith and sometimes said that he had close association with Christianity and sometimes he says that he was a devout Hindu.

He said Jana Sena leader sometimes praises Amit Shah and sometimes criticises the BJP and commented there was no consistency in his political stand. The minister said Pawan was the close associate of Chandrababu Naidu and he works with him and supported the irregularities that took place in TDP rule.

But he was now criticising the YSRCP government even though there was no corruption, he said. He said Pawan had suggested to Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy to marry four women which shows his lack of respect for women.
