Co-operative minister and Mysuru district minister Mr S T Somshekar has urged the government to declare Journalists as Corona warriors too and bear the cost of their treatment. So far in Mysuru alone, atleast five journalists are tested positive for covid 19.

Karnataka Live News: Plasma donation picks up in South Karnataka districts
Plasma donation from covid 19 recovered patients is picking up in covid hot spots in Mandya, Chamarajnagar, Mysuru districts. And so far as many as 93 covid 19 recovered patients have donated plasma at the Plasma donation centre for four South Karnataka districts, which is located at Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences. Senior and noted doctor of international acclaim from Mysuru, Dr Rajkumar P Wadhwa who was tested positive for covid 19 is all set to set a model by donating his own plasma.
