TDP leaders gear up for Mahanadu

Amberpet: In the meeting of TDP key leaders of Amberpet constituency held in the party district office here on Monday, the leaders discussed steps required to be taken to face the ensuing municipal elections and also to restore the party's past glory.

Senior district leaders P Saibaba, Nallella Kishore were among those present in the meeting. The leaders said that those who left the party recently had done so for their selfish motive, while selfless activists were still with the organisation.

The meeting resolved to constitute a constituency-level five-member coordination committee and to organise programmes on May 28 in connection with the annual conference 'Mahanadu,' to mark NTR's jayanti and to make the membership drive successful, as per the directive issued by the high command.

The names of the proposed coordination committee were sent to the state TDP office. The meeting also resolved to welcome back those who left the party.
