Minister leads Swachh Bharat drive

Tadepalligudem: Endowments Minister Pydikondala Manikyala Rao has said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is striving hard to make the country clean to fulfil the wishes of Mahatma Gandhi.

The Minister, along with officials and BJP workers participated in the Swachh Bharat programme at the R and B Guest House here on Sunday.

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that according to the wish of Modi, he had taken up a programme every year to make Tadepalligudem constituency as a Swachh constituency. Steps were being taken up to involve all section of people to reach the target of Swachh Bharat. He called upon people to allot two hours a week to make their environment clean. 

Kaspa Pentapadu Sarpanch Chinababu, BJP leaders Narise Someswara Rao, Kanchumarthi Nageswara Rao, district in-charge Gajula Venkata Nayudu, Roopa Devi, Sharmila, Sangam Nayudu, 

walkers association members and voluntary associations members participated in the Swachh Bharat programme and cleared bushes and grass in the R and B Guest House compound and road margins opposite to the Guest House.Earlier, the Minister inaugurated a shuttle court in R and B Guest House.
