Performances by children steal the show

Rajamahendravaram: Various cultural and dance programmes were held at Pushkar Ghat in connection with Happy Sunday. Many people who gathered at the venue watched the programmes.

Sai, a trainer performed a solo programme on Bhakta Kannappa, who plucked his eyes and gives them to Lord Shiva. The programme received great appriciations from the people. Meanwhile, students of Ramdaspeta Municipal Corporation School performed a dance programme relating to national integrity and students of Danyampakala Municipal Corporation School performed Midely dance programme.

Many individuals and organisations participated in Happy Sunday programme. Corporation manager K Srinivas supervised the programme.
