Land acquisition for Metro Rail near Gannavaram

Vijayawada: District Collector B Lakshmikantham instructed the officials to make proposals to acquire 50 acres for metro rail depot near Gannavaram. 

Reviewing the metro rail project with Vijayawada Metro Rail Corporation Managing Director NV Ramakrishna Reddy, the Collector asked the officials to submit a detailed project report in this regard. Joint Collector P Babu Rao, tahsildar A Ravindra Rao and several officials were also present.
